You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. We do have a cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, but we are always willing to work you so you don't incur any fees!

Yes! All of our cleaning professionals are fully insured, bonded, and have passed comprehensive background checks for your peace of mind.

Totally up to you! You may leave detailed instructions on how to enter your property for our cleaners, and we will make sure to follow them. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, that's perfectly fine too!

We offer Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our cleaning services. If you're not completely satisfied with the service you received, please contact our support team within 24 hours, and we will work with you to make it right, whether that means sending a cleaner back to re-clean the area in question or providing a refund.

You can pay online or in-person after the cleaning is completed. All online payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. For online payments, a hold will be placed on your card at the time of booking, but you will not be charged until after the cleaning is completed. For in-person payments, we accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
